We sat down with Nicolas Payne-Baader, co-founder of SLOP Magazine, to talk food, publishing and doing things your own way. Wearing the Carpenter Pant and Watch Cotton Jacket from TDR, he spoke about starting a print magazine focused on produce and process, how SLOP found its voice, and why, for him, TDR stands for ‘Track Down Rules’.
